comfortable lodge with some drawbacks
The lodge featured clean interiors and was spacious enough for our family. Enjoying the hot tub in the evenings made for a lovely relaxation after a long day. The nearby Dartmoor National Park added great variety to our outdoor activities. Our family enjoyed the pristine golf course, an excellent option for some fun.

The two-bedroom lodge provided a warm and inviting atmosphere with essential amenities like a washing machine and dishwasher. Enjoying the luxurious hot tub was a highlight after a long day of golfing and exploring. The absence of Wi-Fi was inconvenient, and the quality of the pool table in the clubhouse was disappointing. The restaurant's initial high standard was not maintained on the second visit, which affected the overall dining experience.

The lodge was impressively clean and spacious, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The hot tub.
The road leading to the lodge was quite bumpy and pot-holed, which could be a hassle for anyone with a low-slung car. Privacy was a bit lacking. Golfers played right outside our front door. There was no Wi-Fi in the lodge, tricky to binge that Netflix series in the evenings. The fishing options were underwhelming, with just two small ponds that left much to be desired in terms of variety. Lastly, keep in mind that towels aren't provided, so planning ahead is necessary.

Lovely lodge, clean and cozy. Had all the amenities we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Great location, close to a supermarket, beaches, and Dartmoor National Park. Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to use the golf driving range.
The hot tub took a long time to heat up initially. the lack of wifi in the lodges was a major downside, unable to watch Netflix at night.

I had a fantastic stay at this lodge! The facilities were great - the lodge was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a fully-equipped kitchen and a modern shower room. There was even a TV and DVD player for entertainment. The best part was the discount at the bar/restaurant. It was great to have the option of dining out, with plenty of choices in the nearby cities of Exeter and Crediton. The location was also perfect for exploring Dartmoor and meeting up with family. the beds were really comfortable and the lodge was quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The highlight for my children was seeing the cute goats on the hotel.
Nothing could have been better.

Great For Golfers and Nature Lovers
This lodge is perfect for those who love golf and nature. The lodges were clean and had great facilities such as washing machines and dishwashers. The on-site restaurant serves amazing food at very reasonable prices. It is also located near various tourist spots, beaches, and national park, making it an ideal location for exploring the surroundings. it has a driving range for golfers, which is an added bonus.
The lodges could use a bit of maintenance work, with the odd cosmetic issue making it look a bit tired. The hot tubs also need to be cleaned more often.
